Lee Isiminger, 86, of Sycamore RD. #1, Pa died at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2004 in his home after being seriously ill for the past six months.He was born October 13,1917 in Springhill Township, Greene County, Pa. a son of Albert Ray and Margaret Lettie Ward Isiminger and has resided in Gray Township since 1940. Mr. Isiminger was a member and a former trustee of the Fairview United Methodist Church, Richhill Township. He was also a member of the Agricultural Conservation Service of Greene County and formerly served as a Republican Committeeman for 12 years in Gray Township. He has been a member and trustee of the Gray Township V.F.D. since 1946.Mr. Isiminger was employed as a Gray Township supervisor for 21 years and was a self-employed dairy farmer for over 40 years prior to retiring in 2000. On February 21, 1980 he married Nellie Grace Stockdale Huffman Isiminger who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Paul E. Isiminger of Pensacola, Fl. and Roy E. Isiminger of Superior, CO.; two stepdaughters, Faye E. Huffman Scott of Hickory, Pa and Elaine Huffman Gross of Cranberry Township, Pa.; one sister, Gladys Hughes of Cameron, WV.; seven grandchildren, Theresa, Ashley, Michael, Albert, and Harry Isiminger, Alma Isiminger Carner and Reda Isiminger Kent; three step grandchildren, Christopher Emeigh, Kevin Scott and Sharon Scott Merckle; six great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren and several step great great grandchildren.Deceased are one son, Harold Reid Isiminger; one daughter, Helen Louise Isiminger; one sister, Mildred Howard; a brother Lloyd Isiminger and three brothers who died in infancy.
