Carl R. Williams, Jr.

Carl R. Williams, Jr., age 44, of Wind Ridge, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, October 12, 2026, at UPMC Greene, Waynesburg.

Born December 4, 1981, in Wheeling, WV., son of Carl R. (Rhonda) Williams, Sr., of Moundsville, WV. and Patricia Howard, of Elon, NC.

Carl had been a resident of Wind Ridge since 2014 after moving from Cameron, WV. He graduated from Cameron High School in 2001. Carl was a Supervisor for Burns Drilling for 20 years; he was a hard worker. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling, fishing, and golfing. Carl loved his family and spending time with his work family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by five children, Amia Raiv (Jordan Mulinix) Williams, of Dover, OH, Drexol Carl Williams, of Casper, WY, Nate Blake, Lizzy and Tyler McAbee, all three from Wind Ridge; six grandchildren, Blake Allen and Kaiden Robert Mulinix, Rosie and Rhett Blake, Braxton and Harper Rogers; and his sister, Pamela Jean Williams, of Moundsville, WV.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 3-5 PM at Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC. 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy PO Box 434 Rogersville, PA 15359 Telephone: 724-499-5181, where a funeral service will be held directly after.
