Virginia L. Headley, 90, of Spraggs, Pa. and formerly of Richhill Twp. Greene County, died at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2005 in the home of her son and daughter-in-law James and Jane Headley.Mrs. Headley was born August 8, 1914 in Richhill Township a daughter of John and Goldie Applegate Isiminger, and had resided in Richhill Twp. most of her life.She was a member and former deaconess of the Long Run Church God in Bristoria.On May 15, 1940 she married Wallace Kenneth "Shorty" Headley who died March 4, 1998.Surviving are one daughter, Sue, wife of Richard Ely of Sycamore, R.D.#1 with whom she made her home for 2 years; four sons, Richard M., husband of Monique Frossard Headley of Great Falls, Montana, Lawrence (Buzz), husband of Judy Gray Headley of Graysville, James L., husband of Jane Negley Headley of Spraggs with whom she has made her home since February and Joseph C. husband of Mary Lee Adams Headley of Holbrook, R.D.#l; one sister, Janet Isiminger of Waynesburg; 12 grandchildren, Richard Erik and Craig Allyn Ely, Dr. Marna Ely Eissa, John Ross, Jason and John Headley, Joseph St. Clair, Tina Norman, Julie Headley Pierson, Kathy Brinkman, Barbara Sundberg and Susan Isiminger; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.Deceased in addition to her husband are twin sons, Wayne and Dwayne Headley; a grandson, Michael Joseph Headley; a sister, Doris Hill; a brother, Harold Isiminger.The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Albert Gallatin Hospice Care or the Fairview United Methodist Church.
