Kelly Ann McCollum Henry, 45, of Holbrook, Pa. died unexpectedly Thursday, January 1, 2015 in Nashville, TN.
She was born December 28, 1969 in Waynesburg, Pa. a daughter of John Carroll and Mary Ellen Lemmon McCollum of Sycamore, Pa. and had resided in Greene County all her life.
Kelly was a 1987 graduate of West Greene High School.
She was a former cafeteria worker at West Greene High School and had been employed as the secretary and funeral assistant at Rush Funeral Home, Inc. in Rogersville, Pa. for the past five years.
Kelly enjoyed her time with her sons and family, attending all of her sons sporting events, and was an avid animal lover especially horses.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Chad Everette Henry; two sons, Jonathan Garber, a student at Pitt-Johnstown University and Kolton Rush, at home; a sister, Lana, wife of Scott Miller of New Freeport (Garrison), Pa.; a brother, John Joseph (J.J.), husband of Nicole McCollum of Sycamore; a niece, Danyelle Miller; two nephews, Jeremiah Miller and Mason Tyler McCollum; paternal grandmother, Wilma Headley McCollum of Sycamore.
Deceased are her paternal grandfather, Hallie McCollum, Jr.; her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Sarah Rice Lemmon.
At the request of the family, all services will be private and held at their convenience. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Greene County, 183 Jefferson Rd., Waynesburg, Pa. 15370.
