Wayne L. Clark

Wayne L. Clark, 86, of Waynesburg, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Waynesburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born January 15, 1936 in New Freeport, a son to the late Orval Russell and Mary Martha (Kimble) Clark.

Wayne was married to Helen Louise (Wood) Clark, until her passing on March 3, 2018.

Wayne graduated from Center Township High School in 1953. He was a member of the 1st Christian Church in Waynesburg and worked for West Greene School District until he retired in 1999. Wayne was a former Produce Manager for Foodland in Waynesburg for 12 years. He worked several positions over 26 years for Acme Markets, also in Waynesburg. Wayne enjoyed watching TV, reading, and took an interest in sports, including high school sports. He loved spending time with his great granddaughter.

Surviving are his two children Joseph (Julie) Clark, of Beaver Falls and Barbara Clemens, of Waynesburg; granddaughter, Rachael Clemens,of Waynesburg; great granddaughter, Hayden Rizor, who still lives at home; niece Bonnie Minton, of Rutan.

In addition to his wife and parents, Wayne is preceded in death by his sister, Wahnetta Minton and nephew, Robert Minton, Jr.

Arrangements are private and have been entrusted to Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC., 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville, PA 15359; Telephone 724-499-5181.
