Tristyn Alexander Brewer, infant son of Karissa Leahann Brewer, of Waynesburg, Pa. died Friday, February 15, 2013 in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa., from a congenital health issue at birth.He was born November 29, 2012 in Pittsburgh.Surviving in addition to his mother, are two brothers, Brayden Brewer and Ethan Gibbs; maternal grandparents, Sally McDonald, companion of Robert Peterson of Derry, Pa. and Bruce, husband of Patricia Brewer of Morgantown, W.Va.
