Ruth Kolvek

Ruth Alene Kolvek, 86, of Waynesburg, Pa. died at 10:06 a.m. Monday, September 17, 2007 in the emergency room of Southwest Regional Medical Center, Waynesburg, Pa.She was born January 2, 1921 in Hundred, W.Va. a daughter of George Francis Six, Sr. and Attie Gertrude Himelrick Six and had resided in Waynesburg and Greene County all her life.Mrs. Kolvek was a member of the Grandview Methodist Church.Surviving are two sisters, Betty Young of Waynesburg and Nelda, wife of Clyde Whoolery of Jefferson; three brothers, Howard, husband of Marge Six of Lawrenceville, Don Six of Westfield and Kenneth, husband of Marquetia Six of Ruff Creek; several nieces and nephews.Deceased are her first husband, Harold McDonald; a daughter, Ruth Ann McDonald; four brothers, George F. Six, Jr., Neal, Ralph and Charles D. Six; one sister, Velma Six.
