Richard William Barlow, Jr., III

Richard William Barlow, Jr., III., 63, of Washington died on Monday, February 27, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born March 5, 1959, in Washington, the son of the late Richard Barlow, Jr. and Shirley Klinzing Barlow.

He was a 1977 graduate of Trinity High School and worked at ATI (Jessop Steel) retiring after 39 years.

On April 17, 1982, he married Bonnie Dille Barlow who survives enjoying 40 years of marriage.

Also surviving are his children, Richard Eli Barlow and Mandi (Brian) Campbell, both of Washington, his grandchildren, Harmoni Campbell and Leeland Barlow, both of Washington, his step grandchildren, Michael, Steven, and Jenna Campbell, all of Washington, his sisters, Cynthia Santelli, of Prosperity and Joy Daviduk, of Washington, his brother-in-law, Don (Sarah) Dille, of Prosperity, his father and mother-in-law, Eli and Lois (Pattison) Dille, of Prosperity and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Minnie Barlow and William and Mona Klinzing, a niece, Carrie (Daviduk) Ammons and a brother-in-law, Thomas Santelli.

At the deceases request there will be no public visitation. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
