Rhonda L. Whipkey Forman, 45, of Richhill Twp., Greene Co. Pa. died unexpectedly at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 in the emergency room of the Southwest Regional Medical Center, Waynesburg, Pa.She was born September 25, 1964 in Waynesburg a daughter of Sandra Kay Coffield Whipkey of Graysville and Glenn Reed Whipkey, companion of Mary Lough Pierson of Richhill Twp. and had resided in the Graysville and Richhill Twp. areas all her life.Mrs. Forman was a member of the Unity Presbyterian Church in Graysville.She was a 1983 graduate of West Greene High School where she was a member of two championship girls softball teams and participated in the girls basketball program, and in 1984 she graduated from the Penn Commercial Beauty School.Mrs. Forman enjoyed raising a garden and flowers.She was employed by the late Brenda Brinker (beautician) from 1984 until taking over ownership of the shop now known as Rhonda Whipkey Forman Beauty Shop in Graysville.On September 5, 1998 she married Anthony Scot Forman who survives.Also surviving in addition to her parents and husband is a son, Dalton Lee Forman at home; a step-son, Scott Anthony Forman of Zap, N. Dakota; a sister, Reeda, wife of Randy Whyte of Cameron, W.Va.; a brother, Scott, husband of Jennifer Whipkey of Richhill Twp.Decease are her maternal grandparents, Charles and Hazel McCullough Coffield; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Artie Martin Whipkey.
