Obituary for Donna F. Salsberry
Donna F. Salsberry, age 70, of Clarksville, PA., passed away peacefully at her home, Monday, July 30, 2018, with her family by her side.
Born March 28, 1948 in Wheeling, WV., she is the daughter of the late James F. and Helen V. (Grall) Ealy.
Donna was a Greene County resident most of her life. She graduated from West Greene High School in 1967, she then later attended Waynesburg University and received her Associates degree in Secretarial Science on May 20, 1990. Donna was a former member of the Enon Baptist Church, West Finley, PA. She was an animal lover. Donna enjoyed crossword puzzles, video games and gardening. She adored spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Charles M. Salsberry, of Clarksville, PA., Mark A. (Tina) Salsberry, of Clarksville, PA., Melanie J. (Salsberry) Leonard, of Clarksville, PA. and Jeffrey S. (Wendy) Salsberry, of Carmichaels, PA.; 13 grandchildren, Ashley Bennett, of Junction City, KS, Casey Howard, of Clarksville, PA., Sheanna (Chris) Danko, of Bobtown, PA., Amanda (Richard) Howard, of Carmichaels, PA., Jeff (Bubby) Husk, of Ohio, Chay (Anthony) Porterfield, of Fairmont, WV., Brenda (Gage) Buffington, of Clarksville, PA., Abigail (Wil) Howard, of Clarksville, PA., Nina Salsberry, of Clarksville, PA., Devin Salsberry, of Carmichaels, PA., Jacob Robison, of Carmichaels, PA., Darin Salsberry, of Carmichaels, PA. and Wyatt Salsberry, of Carmichaels, PA.; 12 great grandchildren; four brothers, Tom Ealy, of OH., George Ealy, of Rogersville, PA., Barry Ealy, of West Finley, PA. and Kevin (Ann) Ealy, of Wind Ridge, PA.; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, three brothers, “James” Fred, Dave and John Ealy; two sisters, Mary Belle Chadwick and Sharon Grimm.
A graveside service will be held Friday, August 17, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in Enon Cemetery, West Finley, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 2183 McClellandtown Road Masontown, PA 15461.
