Kenneth Eugene Baldwin

Kenneth E. Baldwn, 84, of Graysville, Pa. died at 2:05 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2016 in The Washington Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born May 19, 1931 in Richhill Twp., Greene County, Pa. a son of the late John William and Elva Lorena McGlumphy Baldwin, and had resided in Gray Twp. since 1959.
Mr. Baldwin was a 1950 graduate of the former Richhill Twp. High School in Wind Ridge.
He was a member and former trustee of the Unity Presbyterian Church at Graysville, Pa.
Mr. Baldwin was a 32nd degree member of the Waynesburg Masonic Lodge 153 FAM.
He has served as a Gray Twp. Supervisor for the past several years.
Mr. Baldwin was employed as a well tender by the former Columbia Gas Company for 21 years, and was also a co-owner of the former Kimmel-Mitchell Baldwin General Store at Graysville, the former Mitchell Baldwin Laundromat also in Graysville, and he and his wife co-owned and operated the former Baldwin Meat Shop in Graysville for over 30 years.
He enjoyed hunting, loved woodworking, general construction and watching Wheel of Fortune.
On June 21, 1952 he married Marilyn Alberta Staggers who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Nancy, wife of Welton C. Orndoff of Graysville and Kelly, wife of Ed Morris, Jr. of Ruff Creek; a granddaughter, Marty Frew; a step-grandson, Joel Morris; two great grandchildren, Lexi and Maxton Frew; a sister, Shirley Grim of Wind Ridge; a niece, Debbie Brooks of Baltimore, Md.
Deceased in addition to his parents are a sister, Helen Brooks; a nephew, Ed Grim.
Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Rush Funeral Home, Inc. Rogersville, Pa. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Rosemont Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association, 810 River Ave., Suite 140, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15212.
