Kenneth E. Kirby

Kenneth E. Kirby, Sr., age 67, of Clarksville, PA., passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 after a lengthy illness at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

Born April 6, 1949 in Waynesburg, PA, he is the son of the late James A. and Geraldine G. (Meek) Kirby.

Kenneth graduated in 1968 from Riverside High School in Painesville, OH. He was employed for many years by Central Greene School District as a security guard and helping with maintenance. Kenneth was a member of the Rogersville United Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting.

He is survived by his wife, Helen G. Kirby, of Clarksville, PA; eight children; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dennis Kirby.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home., 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville, PA 15359. (724) 499-5181
