Emma Mardelle Miller

Emma Mardelle Debolt Miller, 88, born February 4, 1928 in Springhill Twp. Greene County, passed away May 19, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Hiram Matthew Debolt & Vallie Etta Riggs Debolt.

On June 19, 1956 she married Karroll Reed Miller who died March 11, 2011.

Emma was a retired Cafeteria Aide for the West Greene School District. She also worked as a seamstress for Buchiemers in Cameron WV, and a bartender for the Gay Nineties in Georgetown, WV.

Surviving are a brother: Hughey Leo Debolt of Cowan WV, a sister-in-law Mary Louise Sine Debolt of Vermilion, OH, a daughter Sharmon Darlene (William) and grand-daughter Deanna Marie Barnes of Waynesburg, PA, Nephews- Donald, Randall, Michael Debolt of Vermilion, OH, Nieces- Annette Theobald of Hinckley UT, Darla (Randy) Skinner of Norwalk, OH, Cheryl (Jim) Oh of Chardon, OH, as well as several great nieces & nephews.

Friends will be received from 2-4, & 7-9 P.M. on Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC. Rogersville, PA 15359 where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 with Reverend Donald Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at the Thomas Cemetery.
