Bernice Nadine Miller

Bernice N. Miller, age 97, of Waynesburg, PA, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Rolling Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Born October 25, 1920, in Washington County, PA, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Emma R. (Pethel) Hughes.

Bernice was a resident of Waynesburg since 1986. She married Glenn L. “Tague” Miller August 1947. Bernice played the guitar in her youth which lead to a love of country music later in life. She was a Pittsburgh Pirates fan.

Bernice is survived by two children, Glenda “Judy” (Earl) Smith, of Waynesburg, PA and Linda (David) Clark, of Holbrook, PA; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn L. “Tague” Miller; one daughter, Rebecca “Becky” J. Miller; one son, Jerome Miller; three sisters, Beatrice Henderson, Sylvia Andrusky and Cora Myrle Shields.
