Alfred L. Blake

Alfred Leroy Blake, age 68 of Waynesburg, PA passed away peacefully in the Washington Hospital on Saturday, October 16, 2021.

He was born on July 22, 1953, of the late Beryl and Iona (Carr) Blake.

Alfred was a member of the Landmark Baptist Church in Waynesburg where he enjoyed fellowship with friends and family.

He found joy in classic cars, music, and classic video games.

Alfred worked as a Security Guard at AM-GARD for ten years prior to retiring in 2010.

On January 3, 1994, Alfred married Debbie Lemasters and they were happily married for 26 years.

Surviving in addition to his beloved wife Debbie, are two sons, David (Stacie) Thomas of Waynesburg, PA, and Brandon (Angel Burdine) Thomas of New Freeport, PA; four brothers, Donald Blake of Cameron, WV, Greg (Rosanne) Blake of Moundsville, WV, Ricky, and Harold “Bink” (Mary) Blake both of Moundsville, WV; two sisters, Nancy Lemasters of Moundsville, WV, and Debbie (Don) Whitlatch of Graysville, PA; two grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Alfred is proceeded in death by a son, Shane Blake; two sisters, Laretta Cunningham, and Rose Blake.
