Wilma Marjorie Bungard

Wilma Marjorie Bungard, 96, of Waynesburg, Pa., and formerly of Springhill and Center Twps., died at 6:00 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2015, in Waynesburg, Pa.

She was born May 5, 1919 in Jackson Twp., Greene County, Pa. a daughter of the late Fannie Ellen Morris Crawford. Mrs. Bungard had resided in Springhill Twp. for 55 years prior to moving to Center Twp. in 1993, where she resided until moving to Waynesburg in 2008.

Mrs. Bungard enjoyed sewing and crocheting as long as her health permitted.

On October 8, 1938 she married John Lester Bungard who died February 24, 2015.

Surviving are a daughter, Beatrice, wife of Earl Ensminger of Holbrook; two sons, Samuel L. (Sonny), husband of Wilma Crawford and Howard L. Bungard, both of Waynesburg; seven grandchildren, Cindy Anderson, Brenda and Connie Hoyle, Nathan Crawford, Mark Ensminger, Lori Walker and Gina Blackmon; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren, Chris Schaffer and Darlene Vuckmanic.

Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are three sisters, Virginia Crawford, Ruby Craig and Thelma Bane; four brothers, Franklin J. (Junior), Leasure, Donald and Dwain Crawford.

Mrs. Bungard was the last of her immediate family.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 in the Rosemont Cemetery with Pastor Don Amon officiating.
