William Clark

William C. Clark, 61, of Holbrook, Pa. died unexpectedly of natural causes Saturday, March 1, 2008 in his home. He was born February 26, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pa. a son of the late Charles Edward and Caroline Jane Levis Clark and had resided in Jackson Twp. since 1963. Mr. Clark was a 1965 graduate of Oliver High School, Pittsburgh and was a member and former trustee of the Rogersville United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War serving with the U.S. Army as a E- 4 with the HHC 1st BN USAOC S. He was awarded the National Defense Service, Viet Nam Service, Viet Nam Campaign and Good Conduct Medals and Expert Badge w/bar M-14 and the Overseas Bar. Mr. Clark was a former construction worker with I.B.E.W. and the U.M. W., and was employed by the former Bishop's Creamery in Waynesburg, and was a former choreoprapher with the Pittsburgh Playhouse. He has been self-employed as a consultant in building construction for the past 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending flea markets, restoring antiques, watching hummingbirds and helping his neighbors. On September 21, 2002, he married Pamela Jane Lahew Clark who survives. Surviving in addition to his wife are two nieces, Tina and Melissa Clark, both of Pittsburgh, Pa. Deceased in addition to his parents is his brother, Clifford Clark who died in 2005.
