Remona Marcene Debolt

Remona M. DeBolt, 71, of Springhill Twp. (Deep Valley), Greene County, Pa. died at 2:00 a.m. Sunday. January 25, 2015 in the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, W.Va. after being seriously ill for the past three weeks.
She was born October 29 1943 in Moundsville, W.Va. a daughter of the late James Harley and Hattie DeBolt McFadden, and had resided in Proctor, W.Va. prior to moving to Springhill Twp. in 1994.
Mrs. DeBolt was a member of the Littleton (W.Va.) Church of God.
She was a 1961 graduate of West Greene High School.
Mrs. DeBolt enjoyed traveling, cooking and baking, and had served as the record keeper for the Hutchison Cemetery in Springhill Twp. for the past several years.
She was last employed as a cook in the Steelton (W.Va.) Elementary School cafeteria.
Mrs. DeBolt was first married to Earl Gene Riggle, Sr. who died accidentally in October of 1963, and on May 17, 1968 she married James H. DeBolt, Jr. who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Michelle Renee DeBolt of Proctor, W.Va.; a sister, Mary McGlumphy of Springhill Twp.; a brother, Roy A. DeBolt of Ormond Beach, Fla.; several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her parents and first husband are a son, Earl Gene Riggle, Jr. who died July 3, 2012; a brother, Jonathan (Jack) McFadden; half-brother, Kenneth E. McFadden; a half-sister, Velma Bohrer.
At the request of the deceased there will be no public services. All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
