Rebecca Eddy

Rebecca Lynn Blake Eddy, 26, of Waynesburg, Pa. died Saturday, February 17, 2007 from injuries received in a house fire at her home. She was born August 15, 1980 in Sun Valley, California a daughter of George Henry Husner, Jr. and Lucy Anita Walker Treat, both of Waynesburg, Pa. and had resided in Franklin Twp., Greene Co., Pa. for the past five years.Mrs. Eddy was a member of the Waynesburg Eagles Club and enjoyed fishing, dancing, shooting pool and camping.On September 20, 2001 she married Steven James Eddy who survives.Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are a son, Austin Michael Eddy and a daughter, Amber Dawn Eddy; two sisters, Patsy Massie of Bellingham, WA. and Kelly Lynn Green of Burbank, CA.; two brothers, Robert S. Husner of Waynesburg and James Winfield Strawser, Jr. of New Freeport, Pa.; several nieces and nephews.Deceased are three daughters, Tiffany, Rebecca and Diamond Blake who died in the fire with their mother; stepfather, James W. Strawser, Sr.; her maternal grandparents, Donald Dale Walker, Sr. and Inez Edwards Walker; her paternal grandmother, Leona Husner; one half brother, Scott R. Husner; and special family friend, Beryl Blake.
