Margaret Clutter, 96, formerly of Nineveh and Morris Twp. Greene Co. Pa. died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday, December 24, 2006 in the Country Living Center (former Beverly Heath Care Center), Waynesburg, Pa. after being in failing health for the past 10 years.She was born February 12, 1910 in E. Finley Twp. Washington Co. a daughter of Thomas Frye and Bessie Frances Huffman Ealy and attended Nineveh schools.Mrs. Clutter had resided in Morris Twp. Greene Co. for 25 years where she and her late husband operated a dairy farm prior to moving to Nineveh in 1970 where she resided until moving to Waynesburg in 1993.She was a member of the Nineveh United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women of the church.Mrs. Clutter enjoyed reading the Bible and needlework.She was formerly employed as a switchboard operator in the village of Time and was also an employee of the former Oakdale Boys Home and the former Mansion House.On April 5, 1932 she married Frank Raymond Clutter who died December 11, 1997.Surviving are a daughter, Lois Moore and a son, Stoy, husband of Jean Clutter all of Waynesburg; two sisters, Lillian Moyer of Washington and Doris Pettit of Waynesburg; four grandchildren, Peggy Ewing, Randy and Larry Moore and Carol Kerr; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Deceased in addition to her husband are four brothers, Byron, Stewart, Thomas and Paul Ealy; four sisters, Gertrude Danley, Gladys Mankey, Annabelle Hull and Ruth Wasselloff.
