Lucille Isiminger Rood Hennen,90,of Waynesburg, Pa. died at 4:37 a.m. Sunday, November 6, 2011 in the Southwest Regional Medical Center (Waynesburg) after being in failing health for the past several months.She was born in Morris Twp., Greene Co. Pa. a daughter of the late James Albert and Bernice Mae Scott Ross and had resided in Erie, Pa. for 23 years prior to returning to Greene County in 1990.Mrs. Hennen formerly attended the Union Valley United Methodist Church and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in East View at the time of her death.She attended the former Center Twp. High School in Rogersville.Mrs. Hennen was a former volunteer at the Mercy Center on Aging in Erie where she taught knitting and crocheting for 12 years.She was an employee (9 years) of the former Mansion House at Old Concord.Mrs. Hennen enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting and traveling as long as her health permitted.She was married to the late Leonard F. Rood who died in 1985 and was last married to the late Paul E. Hennen who died January 18, 1994.Surviving are two sons, Paul, husband of Barbara Isiminger of Pensacola, FL. and Roy Isiminger of Firestone, CO.; a daughter-in-law, Greta Tennant Isiminger of Union City, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Michael Joseph, Harry Lee and Albert Ray Isiminger, Alma Jane Carner, Reda Kent, Theresa Williams and Ashley Cochran; eight great grandchildren.Deceased in addition to her parents and husbands are a son, Reid Isiminger who died January 31, 1994; a daughter, Helen Louise Isiminger.Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Rush Funeral Home, Inc., Rogersville, Pa. where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2011 with Rev.
