Kathryn Yeager

Kathryn Jane Eddy Yeager, 84, of Wayne Twp. Greene Co., Pa. died at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in her home after being in failing health for the past several years.She was born November 9, 1926 in Gilmore Twp. (Jollytown), a daughter of the late Jesse James and Dorothy Morris Eddy and had resided in Wayne Twp.for the past 55 years.Mrs. Yeager enjoyed sewing, embroidery and quilting as long as her health permitted.On October 4, 1952 she married Donald Junior Yeager who died September 5, 2000.Surviving are eight daughters, Suzanne, wife of Archie Crawford of Brave, Roseanne Yeager of Spraggs, Lulu Cumberledge, Amelia Temple, Betty June Warnick all of Waynesburg, Annabelle Yeager at home, Cindy Grim of Oak Forest and Virginia Sue, wife of Dennis LaVella of Jeannette; six sons, Thomas, husband of Bonnie Yeager of Wayne Twp., Robert, husband of Patty Yeager of Pittsburgh, Rex (Bo) Yeager of Jefferson, Steven Yeager of Wheeling, Jerry Yeager at home and D. Michael Piper of Spraggs; a sister, Lucy Crawford of Brave; three brothers, Arthur Eddy of Aleppo Twp., Ronald, husband of Sally Eddy and Bill Eddy both of Waynesburg; 37 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are four grandchildren, Georgia Crawford, Al Wilson Yeager, Brittany and David E. Cumberledge; five brothers, Terry, Joe, Lawrence, Jess and Spencer Eddy; one sister, Mary Barlow.
