Jacqueline A. "Jackie" Rush, 59, of Brunswick, Ohio and formerly of Washington and West Alexander, Pa. died at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2006 in the Willowwood Care Center, Brunswick, Ohio after being in failing health for the past eleven years.She was born March 14, 1947 in Bristol, Pa. a daughter of the late Albert and Helen Clark Fonner.Mrs. Rush had resided in West Alexander from 1972 until moving to Triadelphia, W.Va. in 1995 and had resided in Brunswick, Ohio since July 2001. She attended Washington area schools.Mrs. Rush was formerly employed as an aide in Claysville and Washington area nursing homes and was last employed as a housekeeper at the Exit 2 Truck Stop in Claysville, Pa. On June 19, 1965, she married Allen Thomas "Tom" Rush who survives.Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Tammy Rush of Muncy, Pa., Tina, wife of James Wright of Brunswick, Ohio, Cynthia Jo-Ann Wiley of Medina, Ohio; one son, Thomas Allen, husband of Theresa Rush of West Finley, Pa.; one sister, Betty Wolfe of Parma, Ohio; one brother, Raymond Fonner of North Royalton, Ohio; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Deceased in addition to her parents are one son, Timothy Stewart Rush who died at birth and one sister, Shirley Twyman.
