Flossie Schrack

Flossie N. Schrack, 81, of Richhill Twp., Greene Co., Pa. died at 7:40 a.m., Thursday, December 22, 2005 in the Seabright Personal Care Home, Rogersville, Pa. after being in failing health for the past several years. She was born December 4, 1924 in Marshall County, W.Va. a daughter of the Peter Bradley and Mary Alice Pelkey Rhome and had been a resident of Richhill Twp. since 1944.Mrs. Schrack was a member of the Crabapple Community Church and had attended Windy Gap Independent Church.She was last employed as a machine operator by the former Craftlite Lighting Company in Cameron, W.V. On February 2, 1940, she married William Edwin Schrack who died November 7, 2000.Surviving are a son, Edwin F. Schrack of Xenia, Oh; three grandsons, Rodney Schrack, Rickey and Ronnie Atkinson; four great grandchildren; one brother, Albert Monroe, husband of Dale Hillberry Rhome of Wind Ridge; four sisters, Helena P. Galentine of Aleppo R.D. #1, Hazel Thomas of Eldersville, Pa., Mary Geneva Preston of Mt. Pleasant, Oh. and Betty Whipkey of Cameron, W.Va.Deceased in addition to her husband are one daughter, Donnis Jean Atkinson who died November 3, 2003; one grandson, Donald Atkinson, twin brother of grandson Ronnie, who died at birth; one brother, William Leslie Rhome, two sisters, Georgie Ann McQuay and Willetta Aston.
