Biography
Dominic Scott Rush, 6, of West Finley (Burnsville), Pa., died unexpectedly at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from injuries received in an automobile accident in Buffalo Twp. Washington County, Pa. He was born May 23, 2008 in Washington, Pa. a son of Crystal LeShea Rush of West Finley and Shawn Hardin of Washington and had resided in West Finley for the past three years. Master Rush was a member of the Windy Gap Presbyterian Church at West Finley and was a former student at the Allison Park Elementary School in Chartiers Twp. He enjoyed swimming, playing Wii games and was a member of the Bronson House soccer league. Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Devin Thomas Rush, at home; maternal grandparents, Tammy Lee Rush of West Finley and Paul David Malarkey of West Alexander; paternal grandparents, Cheryl June Thacker of Green Cove Springs, Fl. and William Francis Hardin of Waynesburg, Pa.; Maternal Great Grandparents, Raymond (Butch) and Opal Wright of Eighty-Four, Pa.; and Paternal Great Grandmother, Joanne Haring of Green Cove Springs, Fl.,: several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Deceased are his maternal great grandparents, Allen Thomas and Jacqueline Audrey "Jackie" Fonner Rush; and paternal great grandfather, Edward Ray Haring. At the request of the family, visitation, funeral services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
