Charles Orndoff

Charles E. "Chuck" Orndoff, 45, of R.D. #5, Waynesburg, (Hargus Creek) Pa. died unexpectedly Friday, August 18, 2006.He was born January 13, 1961 in Waynesburg, Pa. a son of Thomas Headley and Viola Wiseman Orndoff of R.D. #5, Waynesburg, (Hargus Creek) and had resided in Center Twp. and Greene County all of his life.Mr. Orndoff was a member of the former Willow Grove Baptist Church and had attended West Greene High School. He was a former employee of the maintenance department of Waynesburg College, and Local #1058 (Pittsburgh) Pipeliners Union and has been employed by the Building and Trades Union Local #286 of Brownsville as a laborer for the past eight years.Mr. Orndoff enjoyed working on the family farm and was an avid hunter and enjoyed special times with his grandson. On June 16, 1979, he married Lisa Renee Hixenbaugh Orndoff who survives.Also surviving in addition to his wife and parents are a son, Justin C. Orndoff of R.D.#5 Waynesburg, (Hargus Creek); two sisters, Sandra K. Moore of Waynesburg, and Stephanie Ann, wife of John Bishop of Washington; one grandson, Austin James Orndoff
