BETTY J. MILLERBELOVED MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHERBetty J. Miller, 83, of Rogersville, Pa. died at 12 noon, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in The Donnell House, Washington, Pa. after being in failing health for the past several years.She was born April 11, 1929 in Braddock (Allegheny Co.), Pa. a daughter of the late Andrew McClure and Elizabeth Verde Smart Watkins and had resided in the Nineveh, Pa. area prior to moving to Rogersville in 1995.Mrs. Miller attended the Old Concord Presbyterian Church.She was a 1946 graduate of Norwin High School.Mrs. Miller enjoyed crafts, including dried flower arrangements and sewing.She was last employed as a dental receptionist. On August 17, 1949 she married Wayne Hirsch Miller who died May 31, 1993,Surviving are two daughters, Linda, wife of Sheryl Hamilton of Morris Twp. (Greene County) and Denise Watreas of Waynesburg; three grandchildren, Amy Beaver, Adam Hamilton and Blair Watreas.Deceased in addition to her parents and husband is a brother, Francis L. White.Mrs. Miller was the last of her immediate family.The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
