Ashley Eisiminger

Ashley Mae Eisiminger, 17, of Nineveh, Pa. died unexpectedly at 2:50 a.m. Sunday, July 24, 2011 in her home of complications from Batten's Disease.She was born July 31, 1993 a daughter of Rebecca Eisiminger Wells of Nineveh and Perry Ewing Eisiminger of West Mifflin, Pa. and had resided in the Nineveh area all her life.Ms. Eisiminger was an avid Pittsburgh Steeelers fan and enjoyed having someone read science fiction stories to her.She was a 2011 graduate of West Greene High School and was able to participate in the graduation ceremony.Ms. Eisiminger "was loved by all who knew her and an inspiration to others."Surviving in addition to her parents is her step father, Wayne Alan Williams; a sister, Chelsey Moore at home; maternal grandparents, Louise and Lonnie Tenney of Washington; paternal grandparents, Pete and Vietta Eisiminger of Waynesburg; her extended family, Cindy Bluir, her continual care nurse for the past 9 years; several aunts, uncles and cousins.Deceased is her paternal great grandfather, Jack Eisiminger; maternal great grandmother who aided in her care, Myrtle Leona Moore; step grandparents, David and Marlene Wilson Williams; a great great aunt who also helped with her care, Grace Miller.The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Beyond Batten Disease Foundation, PO Box 200998, Austin, Texas 78720 or the charity of your choice.
