Annet Beabout

Annet M. Beabout, 64, of Bethlehem (Wheeling) W.Va. died at 6:05 a.m. Sunday, April 17, 2011 in Liza's Place Care Center of Valley Hospice in Wheeling after a brief cancer related illness.She was born August 4, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of the late Joseph Nick and Frances Luketich Knezovich and was raised in Beech Bottom, W.Va. and had resided in Wheeling area since 1965.Mrs. Beabout was a 1964 graduate of Wellsburg (W.Va.) High School.She served on the Bethlehem Village Council and was a former EMT with the Bethlehem V.F.D.Mrs. Beabout was a former employee of the Beech Bottom DQ and was last employed for 39 years with the Social Security Administration in the Wheeling office prior to retiring in July 2010.She enjoyed collecting stuffed bears and puppies and working word search puzzles.On October 30, 1965 she married Roger Lynn Beabout who survives, as well as several cousins.The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the Valley Hospice, 308 Mt. DeChantal Rd., Wheeling, W.Va. 26003.
