Ann Lerch

Ann A. Lerch, 84, of Washington and formerly of Holbrook, Pa. died at 3:05 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2007 in The Washington Hospital, Washington, Pa.She was born January 7, 1923 in Boston, Mass. a daughter of John Gordon and Alice Mary Gough Grant and had resided in Holbrook from 1959 until moving to Washington in 2007.Mrs. Lerch was a 1941 graduate of South Boston High School and was a member of the St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Waynesburg.She enjoyed farm life.On March 15, 1943, she married Walter Allen LErch who died September 12, 1985.Surviving are two sons, Lawrence J. Lerch of West Wareham, Mass. and Walter E., husband of Marleen Lerch of Washington, Pa.; three grandchildren, Michael Lowe, Janet and Beth Lerch.Deceased in addition to her husband are one son, William A. Lerch; one daughter, Marjorie Lowe Gillen; one sister, Alice Trubbiano and one brother, Edward Grant.
