Alice Wright

Alice Marie Wright, 75, of Salem, Ohio and formerly of West Finley, Pa., R.D. #2 died at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2004 in the Essex of Salem Nursing Home 1, Salem, Ohio after being in failing health since June.She was born September 17, 1929 in East Liverpool, Ohio a daughter of Fred Duncan and Mary Cleatis Stephens Ankrom.Mrs. Wright had been a resident of West Finley R.D#2 for several years prior to moving to Salem, Ohio in 1989.She was a member of the Enon Baptist Church.On December 31, 1951 she married Kenneth Wilson Wright who died August 20, 1989.Surviving are two sisters, Arvella Prigg of Washington, Pa. and Charlotte Miller of East Liverpool, Ohio; three brothers, Robert Ankrom of East Liverpool, Ohio, Fred Ankrom of West Finley R.D.#2 and Edward Ankrom of Salem, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the flood relief charity of your choice.
