Addison Mae Jeffries, infant daughter of Amber Dawn Black and Jeffrey R. Jeffries, Jr. of Waynesburg, Pa. was born and died on Friday, July 31, 2009 in the Washington Hospital.Surviving in addition to her parents are her maternal grandparents, Crystal Black of Waynesburg and Thomas and Janice Eddy of Holbrook; paternal grandparents, Jeffrey R. Jeffries, Sr., and Melinda Moore Jeffries of Mt. Morris; maternal great grandparents, Ronald and Sally Eddy of Waynesburg; paternal great grandparents, Ralph and Diane Jeffries of Jefferson and Carol Keller of Waynesburg and Ray Moore of Waynesburg; maternal great grandfather, George Black of (Lippencott) Waynesburg; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Deceased are her maternal great grandmother, Sandra K. Black; paternal great grandmother, Mary Jean Moore.At the request of the family all services will be private and held at the their convenience.
