Norma Lee Hunter

Norma Lee (Morris) Hunter, 86, of Waynesburg, PA, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2017 at the Donnell House in Washington, PA, with family by her side.

Born August 15, 1931 in Rogersville, PA, she is the daughter of the late Glen W. Morris and Helen (Reese) Morris.

Norma was a life-long resident of Greene County. On September 22, 1979, she married William Hunter. She earned her Licensed Practical Nurse certificate and worked for the Greene County Memorial Hospital retiring in 1993 after 20 years of service. She enjoyed animals and gardening. Norma was known as a reader of history and enjoyed having political discussions with family and friends.

She is survived by 3 children, David (Linda) Clark, of Holbrook, PA; Vickie (Arnold) Wilson, of Washington, PA and Randy (Gina) Clark, of Rogersville, PA; daughter-in law, Beth Ann Clark, of West Union, PA; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Hunter, who passed in 1993 and a brother, Gary Lynn Morris, who passed in infancy.

All services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
